Originally from a small community on the West Coast of BC (at least one of us!) we bring a combined total of "too many years to be this young" experience. We have been fortunate to have had the opportunity to work under and learn from several talented executive chefs in a variety of venues and production areas. We have enjoyed preparing great food, both creative and classic in both large and small unique venues. We wanted to make a similar experience locally available and-rumor has it- we succeeded!
Using fresh and locally sourced when possible ingredients, we provide breakfast and lunch on a continually evolving menu. Everything from the breads we use to the soups, desserts, salads, dressings and delicious baked goods are made in-house.
